ACCESS TO YOUR HOME

Clearly, Harmony Maid teams need access to your home or office. 

We recommend that you issue us a house key. Your key will be safely stored. Only the local owner and/or office manager has access to the double-locked secure key box in which our client keys are kept.

Harmony Maids are only given the keys for a cleaning appointment before they leave the office each day; they must turn the keys to management before they are allowed to leave the office after signing-out for the evening. Your keys are then safely stored in the office key safe until the next cleaning appointment.

If you prefer not to give us a key, you may choose to meet the Harmony Maids cleaning team for access to your home. We offer two time slots: between 8:30am – 12:00pm or 11am – 3:00pm.

If you lock Harmony Maids out on your cleaning day, you will likely be assessed a lock-out fee – something we clearly hope to avoid!
