To reschedule your cleaning day, simply call our office a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning day.
If you don’t give us proper notice of cancellation, we wont have enough time to fill the schedule with another client. This decreases the maids pay, and without consistent wages, we cant retain the Harmony Maids staff of which we are so proud.
Rescheduling 48 hours in advance of your scheduled cleaning service ensures youll get the best cleaning service possible. We will assess and implement a cancellation fee if necessary, although we truly hope to avoid taking that step!
We accept cash, check or credit cards. Your payment is due at the time of cleaning.
If you aren’t at home during the time of your cleaning service, we request that you leave either cash or a check on the kitchen counter. We can also keep your credit card on file and charge it upon the completion of each cleaning. A fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
In your free consultation, we’ll find out whether you have pets. We ask that you provide any information regarding your pets that would be necessary for us to know about. Together, we’ll assess the best approach on how to handle pets when cleaning takes place: our goal is for your pet to be comfortable with us, and that our team is safe in their presence.
Damage or Breakage
We make every attempt to take great care in cleaning your home; yet we do understand that accidents happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but can’t be guaranteed.
We request that irreplaceable, collectible or heirloom items, whether they be of monetary or sentimental value, be stored and/or not cleaned by our team. Please notify us within 24 hours of service if any damage has been discovered. Please also note that Harmony Maids is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e. marble granite, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
If you decide to commit to a regular service with us on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule, Harmony Maids will always try to make sure to send out the same team. however to due maid’s scheduled vacations, vehicle issues, leave of absence or illness we reserve the right to switch teams without prior notice. our goal is to provide our clients with continuous service without interruption.

Please note: that if you requested Green Cleaning in any of the different services we offer, the products utilized will be Green. Being that we are a professional company, we buy in industrial quantities and some of the products come in concentrates that are mixed with water and placed in Harmony Maids containers. Also, our hard working crews carry all the supplies they have in their baskets for all the services. Please make sure you let us know in advance if you have any special requests !!
